Hepa Filter Cabinets
The McDry MCU-401 Hepa Filter model suits storage of precision measuring instruments, electronic components, or other materials that require a cleanroom and low humidity environment. The MCU-401 Hepa Filter model meets cleanroom “Class 1000” specifications. Using a fan circulation system, dry air passes through the hepa filter and is circulated throughout the cabinet and back down into the drying unit. The cabinet keeps the relative humidity inside the cabinet below 10%, and can hold up to 50 kg (approximately 110 lb). The system is equipped with a digital meter that displays the RH level at all times. Floor Vibration Cancellation Products
STACIS active piezoelectric vibration cancellation system achieves efficient vibration isolation using piezoelectric actuators and a stiff suspension. It enables older and less-than-optimal floors to accommodate state-of-the-art tools. The STACIS SEM-Base floor platform suits scanning electron microscopes (SEMs). Low-humidity Cabinet Audit Tool
XDry M.O.L.E. is a process audit tool for ultra-low humidity desiccant dry cabinets, based on the V-M.O.L.E. from ECD. It records and reports internal temperature and humidity inside a dry cabinet. While the internal control system provides moisture control, the independent auditing system can provide proof of actual conditions. XDry M.O.L.E. adapts an industry-standard temperature profiling system to include moisture measurements. XDry M.O.L.E. comes standard with one moisture and one temperature sensor, with an optional second moisture sensor. The system provides detailed reporting on the interior conditions of the desiccant dry cabinet. Sensor accuracy is within 1% RH and ±1°C. The HG6000 series foot grounders provide a complete path to-ground with protection at the heel and toe of the shoe. Foot grounders assure electrical contact with the floor as users shift their weight from heel to toe, temporarily isolating one foot from ground. They are available sized in S, M, and L. High-speed Pick and Place Robot

These high-speed, long-reach cleanroom robots offer increased application flexibility in a compact, space-saving design. The DENSO VM-Series six-axis articulated, Class 100 cleanroom robots feature reaches from 1000 to 1300 mm and standard cycle times of 0.89 to 0.95 sec, along with repeatability from ±0.050 to ±0.070 mm and a payload capacity of 10 kg. The long, slim arms of the VM-Series robots allow them to reach around tooling or peripheral equipment, and into deep, narrow spaces such as plastic injection molds.
