Configurable valves
Integra valves are suitable for microelectronics applications, including bulk chemical distribution, chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and wet processing. They are custom-molded according to users` flow paths and geometries. All valves feature a small footprint and wetted components constructed from perfluoroalkoxy (PFA), which is compatible with a range of chemicals.
